We are looking for an experienced apartment manager to live on-site a 28 unit apartment complex.

– Candidate should have minimum four years of experience in on-site apartment management.
– Good verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in computer use with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and internet search.
– Experienced with Housing Authority Section 8 Housing program and procedures.
– Knows how to prepare and file Unlawful Detainer forms.

Compensation plus free large two bedroom apartment including utilities.
