BCT Consulting, Inc. is seeking to hire ASP.Net Programmers to help support the needs of our clients, which include law firms, government agencies, school districts, insurance companies, and other agencies.

As an ASP.Net Programmer you will:
• Be responsible for implementing proper techniques to accomplish the goals requested by a client of BCT Consulting
• Manage the deployment of new applications, system software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise
• Support and assist in the deployment of multiple commercial web servers
• Participate in coding, styling, testing, and implementing interfaces for dynamic, data-driven web applications used at multiple sites
• Stay abreast of current technologies and make recommendations to enhance user experience.
• Work closely to revise quality content updates and adhere to project scope and timelines
• Coordinate with content developers to ensure layout consistency
• Provide technical solutions for promotional and informational websites, print publications, and CD projects

Requirements:
• ASP.Net 2.0 knowledge
• VB.Net experience
• Ability to hand-code XHTML
• Ability to write semantic markup
• Ability to write unobtrusive JavaScript
• Experience with IIS server management
• Knowledge of website & database security
• ASP.Net AJAX
• Crystal Reports
• Advanced knowledge of and training in the latest version of Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server
• Management Studio
• Advanced knowledge of HTML
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent hand written and oral communication skills
• Works well with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented
• Flexible

Salary rate: DOE (Dependent on experience)
