Professional performing arts organization seeks a Box Office Supervisor to help serve our audiences, sell tickets, engage the community, and extend the joy of live music.
Responsibilities include:
• Acting as the voice and face of the organization to the general public.
• Increasing season and single ticket sales through superb customer service and communication.
• Supervising and assisting other Box Office staff.
• Ensuring efficient Box Office operations, including transaction processing, customer database and record keeping, ticketing system maintenance, online sales, and daily reporting.
• Working with other staff on marketing, telemarketing, outreach, and other initiatives.
• Assisting in office administration.Skills and experience required:
– Three (3) years’ relevant professional customer service or sales experience
– Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency with computers and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
– Team player and multi-tasker

- Compensation: Negotiable & commensurate with experience and hours (30-40 hrs per week)
