Carden School of Fresno is a non-profit private non denominational elementary school serving children in pre-school through the 8th grade. We are in search of an Administrative Director, who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including overseeing business decisions, financial reporting, payroll, insurance, A/R, A/P, marketing and maintenance of the school grounds. The candidate needs to be detail oriented, have an understanding of financial reports and budgets, computer skills, employee benefits, insurance policies, the ability to speak well in public and strong people skills. A background in education and grant writing will be beneficial. The Administrative Director will work closely with the two school Principals to ensure that the school is well funded and well operated. The Administrative Director will report to the School Board of Directors. The annual salary range depends upon experience.
