Cattlemens Steakhouse in Selma, CA, is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing Servers to work in our fun, fast paced team-oriented restaurant. Flexible hours and great tips!

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The primary responsibilities of a Server are to exemplify Uncompromising Hospitality, provide our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by attentive, gracious and friendly service. A professional Server will be thoroughly familiar with the menu, table service, responsible bar/alcohol service, cash control, proper merchandising and sales techniques.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
• Greeting guest within 3 minutes
• Communicating clearly and effectively with guest and co-workers
• Taking accurate orders
• Product knowledge
• Responsible bar/alcohol service
• Suggestive selling techniques
• Entering order into P.O.S. system
• Timely product delivery
• Timely quality checks
• Prioritizing simultaneous service tasks
• Pre-bussing
• Check presentation and reconciliation
• Resolution of customer complaints
• Thanking and inviting the guests back
• Completing opening / closing procedures
• Following all safety procedures
• Ability to work banquets and large parties in bar and dining room
