The Computer Support Techcian is responsible for the configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer system software and hardware including terminals,peripherals, workstation operating systems, applications and related network.​ This position is also responsible for supporting their computer support needs.​

Requirements

•Experience of hands-on PC repair and troubleshooting required.​
•Experience with Windows.​
 

Knowledge

Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including  Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•Working knowledge of Internet Software including Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer

•Working knowledge of Windows operating systems including 

Windows XP, and Windows 7
•Working knowledge of Microsoft clients and networking 

protocols
•Working knowledge of virus protection software

Skills & Abilities

•Ability to work well with other people in a team oriented environment
•Good organizational and communication skills
•Ability to work independently with little supervision
•Ability to translate technical terms into non-technical
