  • Must have 1-2 years experience producing large quantities of food for a growing community in a professional, fast pace kitchen environment.
    1-2 years of “short-order/line cooking” experience is required.
    Must be able to follow & prepare a variety of soups, sauces, starches, & entrees according to recipes.
    Safe/Serve Certified is a plus, but is not required. Must be able to follow all mandatory guidelines of “State” regulations for food preparation & procedures.
    Must be flexible & willing to work various shift positions during a given week . . .as well as weekends.
    Must be skillful in producing quality food on a consistent basis . . .maintaining proper temperature control, texture, taste, and appearance.
