Copier Technician (central valley)

The most successful authorized Toshiba dealer in the West is looking for an experienced technician. Candidates should be motivated, proactive, confident and possess a strong work ethic. The Copier Field Service Technician will provide superior customer service by maintaining and repairing equipment at the customers locations as assigned. The technician will need strong communication skills, excellent people skills, and superior troubleshooting skills. Technicians must be able to multitask, and work independently in a fast paced changing environment to assist with prompt service and comprehensive technical support. Toshiba and or Panasonic certification is preferred but not necessary. Qualifications: Minimum three years as a copier repair technician, excellent customer service skills, strong technical and mechanical skills, outstanding communication skills, windows computer skills, some networking experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven commitment to customer satisfaction, proactive problem solver, creative thinker, and a good D.M.V record. We are NOT looking for any technician,only the best technicians need apply, be prepared to prove it.
