Director of Information Systems#5929

Our Fresno area client is looking for a Director of Information Systems professional for this direct-hire position. This is a great opportunity because the company is:

Duties: This position will report to the Owner of the company and will be responsible for:

• All IT functions from server to desktop support.
• Responsible for future direction of the IT infrastructure.
• Responsible for supervision of one other employee.
• Will be a member of the executive management team but will have a direct hands on role within the IT scope of work.

For this position, we require:

• Min. of 7-10 years IT management experience.
• Extensive ERP programming and customization understanding.
• IBM Unix server experience
• Strong familiarity with Automated Call Distribution phone systems, as well as management of cell phone accounts & servers.
• This is a VERY strong customer service oriented company and the desired applicant must have a proven track record and history in customer service.
• Bachelors degree required
