Foreman Industrial Electrician
Job Description

Qualifications:
 Must be a “California State Certified Electrician”
 Must have a minimum of four (6) years in the industrial electrical trade, with a minimum of (2) experience as a job foremen.
 Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)
 Clean DMV record.
 Professional appearance.

Skills:
 Must be proficient with:
o Power and control from 24vdc to 480vac.
o Troubleshooting from Motor to I/O.
o Us of DMM, Megger, Circuit Tracer, and other necessary test equipment.
o Ability to read and understand Plans, Specifications, Maintenance Manuals, Calibration Procedures and Electrical Schematics.
o N.E.C.
 Must have the ability to supervised crews sized up to 25 electricians.
 Ability to hire, fire and conduct performance reviews.
 Perform safety meetings with appropriate documentation.
 Adhere to project budgets for materials and labor.
 Coordinate the ordering and delivery of all necessary construction materials.
 Must have the ability to work and coordinate with other trades and production schedules.
 Work with engineers and programmers during plant/project start-up.
 Ability to troubleshoot PLC to the I/O level.

Clean background and Drug Screen requirements.
