A growing auto body and collision repair company in Fresno has an immediate opening for a Finance/HR Manager to maintain and monitor financial controls and oversee all human resource functions. Duties include preparing financial statements and budgets, supervising A/P and A/R, month end accruals, property tax compliance, and conducting audits to ensure compliance. Other duties include: employee relations and disciplinary action, benefit management, payroll, safety, coordinating employee orientations, and maintaining personnel records.

The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years accounting/finance experience as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting/Finance emphasis) from an accredited four-year college or university. Must have proven experience in employee relations and employee development; demonstrated leadership skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to make presentations to large and small groups; and strong analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks).
