Large food processing company in the Fresno area is looking to increase their General Labor workforce. Within this busy role, you will be responsible for transferring cooked product from kettle to container, sealing containers and form finished containers onto pallets, palletizing finished products to customer specifications as orders are received by the customer service department, calculating simple math, reading lot codes and inspection of codes for accuracy as well as inspecting all packaging/containers prior to use for quality. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to accurately fill product containers per size and be able to understand production utilizing batch numbers, product codes and pallets. Must be highly organized and detailed. Leadership qualities are desired as there is room for advancement within. Company is seeking employees who desire growth and long term employment. Position is not seasonal, it is full time and year round. Must pass drug and background screen prior to employment. A background in food processing is required. Position will start at $8.50 per hour. Must be available to work Monday through Friday 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
