My client is looking for a full-time PLANT MANAGER for a medium-sized organization. They require a B.S./B.A. in business, industrial management or engineering or equivalent career/work experience.

Responsibilities include: Managing production, distribution, and order entry for optimum performance. Manage manufacturing/warehouse facility to include driver routing, delivery, and adherence to DOT laws and regulations. Establish goals and assure performance to those goals. Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to achieve stated goals. Develop, implement and manage plans to increase production, pickup and delivery. Routing and warehouse efficiencies through people, processes, procedures and equipment. Develop, adhere and perform variance analysis to operating budget. Participate with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Train, develop and manage employees to produce the expected level of productivity and service. 5+ years in a hands-on business leadership role. Strong operations and business experience with an entrepreneurial personality. Self-motivated, proven problem solver, team player with excellent communication skills. Customer oriented/focused.
