HR Generalist#5908

Our Fresno area client is looking for an HR Generalist professional for this direct hire position. This is a great opportunity because the company :

Duties : This position will report to the CFO and will be responsible for:

• Facilitating and consulting with Managers and Supervisors on Employee Relations issues.
• Facilitating the Termination process.
• The Recruitment and Retention process.
• Assisting with Worker’s Comp.

For this position, we require:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• PHR a plus
• Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Laws
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Starts to $42,000 annually with excellent benefits
