Position Purpose:
Facilitate strategic decisions through optimized reporting, advanced analytics and data-mining. Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, performing advanced analyses and translating findings into actionable recommendations that lead to improved financial results, and supporting continuous improvement of business performance by developing metric scorecards and analyzing trends.

Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, relate field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of related experience. Knowledge of SQL, statistical anlysis. Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle and SQL Server 2005. Familiar with the design and development of Performance Indicators or operational-style dashboards.

Licenses/Certifications: ITIL Certificate or obtain within one year of hire.
