We need someone who is very skilled with the JotForm Application.

Required skills include experience with:
- Installation of the JotForm Application on a server
- JotForm customization of the programming (design, add new features or disable any existing features, etc.)
- Apache
- Apache modules: rewrite and mime
- PHP
- MySQL
- Zip and Gzip
- PHP CURL
- Email Server (i.e Sendmail)

Job Requirements:
- Help us install the JotForm Application on our server
- Help us customize the JotForm Application to our needs (add and remove features/code)
- Help us setup the Email Server to work with both JotForm and an Email Marketing Tool/Software
- Ongoing maintenance and customizations

This would be an on-going hourly job, with more hours in the beginning and less hours after initial install and customization.

Pay rate depends on experience.

• Compensation: $20 -$40 per hour depending on experience
