APPLICANT’S FIRM seeks experienced workers’ compensation assistant. Must have at least five years+ working in the workers’ compensation field on behalf of injured workers. Candidate must be be bilingual English/Spanish, multi-tasker, type 50 wp+, excellent writing skills, have great customer service skills, be experienced with filing applications, managing cases from beginning to end, providing case status to clients, secure client’s benefits, preparing/drafting petitions/objections, be knowledgeable with MPN procedures and EAMS, etc., and appear at hearings at the WCAB.
