We have an immediate need for a Manager, Human Resources to manage a two person HR department at our corporate headquarters in Fresno.

We’re the largest operator of Sonitrol-brand security businesses in the U.S., and have been in business here in California for nearly 30 years. We currently operate 12 Sonitrol operating territories via 7 offices, from Northwest Los Angeles County, Bakersfield through Stockton in the San Joaquin Valley, and throughout the Bay Area.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources to include recruitment and retention, training, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, policy development and administration, compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and will oversee all aspects of human resources, excluding payroll.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in private-sector HR management, at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager, and significant recruitment and training experience. He/she is a professional, a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator and a team player who uses facilitative approaches to address challenges and solve problems. This is a two-person department; he/she must be a hands-on doer, with exceptional Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Occasional travel to satellite offices, sometimes on short notice, is required.

Compensation:
