We are looking for the right person to work as foreman to a team of 10-12 employees. Our products of planters, fountains, statuary, and furniture is manufactured locally and distributed in the whole country. Our process is not hi tech but needs an active approach to quality assurance and supervision of daily manufacturing. Exp. in equipment upkeep is an added benefit. This position requires hands on responsibilities in production, QA, packing, and shipping.

A good eye for detail, strong managerial skills, and a can do behavior are important. This is a efficient job with a well run small business and we are looking for the correct individual to help us expand.
