Office Administrator (Clovis, Ca Copper Beech Townhomes)

  • We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper/office administrator. Duties include, but are not limited to, A/R, A/P, financial statement preparation, reconciliation of monthly bank accounts and general administrative duties. Candidate must be strong detailed oriented, highly organized, great leadership skills and self-disciplined.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    - A/R & A/P
    -Financial Statement preparation
    -Bank Reconciliations
    -Bank Deposits
    -Data entry
    -Provide administrative support to others as needed (faxing, filing, etc.)
    -Report generation and various special projects

    Job functions may be modified as necessary and miscellaneous duties may be added as required.
