Leasing Consultants for Affordable Growing Property Management Company currently seeking Managers, Assistant Managers and Leasing Agents for housing communities in Cudahy, Loma Linda, Rosamond and Westminster.
• Successful candidate must have affordable housing or tax credit expertise.
• Must have proven Property Management experience.
• Compliance experience with knowledge of the Annual Recertification process.
• Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook for Windows.
• Possess superior customer service skills, leadership, multi-tasking, excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to manage and maintain a superior apartment community.
• Ability to manage finances and work within a budget.
• Attentive to details Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, and emergency situations while remaining calm and professional.
• Goal oriented and attentive to details.
• Working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws
• Responsible for coordinating the leasing and marketing efforts of the property Proven sales skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Knowledge of Property Management software a plus.
