RECRUITMENT MANAGER (Fresno)

  • Job Description:
    Silver Care Insurance is a well-established, midsized insurance agency currently conducting business statewide and looking to expand nationwide. Our plans for the immediate future include expanding our recruiting department. We are seeking a strong candidate to lead our recruitment team. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of recruiters.

    Required Qualifications:
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
    Leadership experience (ex. Supervisory, management, etc.)
    Must show initiative and perseverance in a rapidly changing environment
    Must be a team player with a positive attitude
    Effective communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
    Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
    Proficient in MS-Office

    Desired Qualifications:
    Insurance industry experience is a plus
    Recruitment experience highly desirable
