This posting is for a full time position as a Senior Processor within a mortgage bank/broker in Fresno

- Familiar with Encompass, DU, and LP
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience
- Good written & verbal communication skill
- Must be detail oriented, team oriented, and organized
- Verify customer income documentation
- Execute closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process
- Ability to handle extensive pipeline and ability to meet deadlines in a fast passed environment
- Able to work independently, high energy, self-motivated and service-oriented attitude.
- Capable of closing 25 to 35 loans per month
- Faster than a speeding bullet
- Proficient with all windows office programs
- Familiar with loan process from submission to funding
- Bilingual is a plus!
