- Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or 6 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- A quick learner, motivated self-starter, innovative problem-solver, with good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a project and handle escalations independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Small Business Applications like Windows Server, Exchange and Sharepoint
- Strong, hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL databases.
- Strong, hands-on expertise/knowledge in System level integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Deep technical HW/SW expertise and knowledge in a variety of areas such as: Servers, Databases, Applications, Networking, and Storage (NAS switches, backup) Windows platforms.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with performance characterization at a system/solution stack level, understanding of performance bottlenecks and their resolution techniques, and analysis of collected data.
- Strong Customer focus and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under aggressive schedules and timelines.
