Essential functions:
1. Research, solve and respond to questions received by phone, email, voicemail and callbacks in compliance with firm rules.
2. Escalate problems to required person based on established guidelines as well as procedures.
3. Do diagnosis on both hardware and software problems to implement resolution to those problems.Qualifications:
- Should possess professional and courteous telephone etiquette and deal efficiently with customers, peers, as well as organization.
