You haven’t heard of us because our half-dozen Fortune 50 clients didn’t want you to. We are CuriousMinds.com, a privately funded incubator specializing in Web, smartphone and telephony applications. We are a small but incredibly talented company looking for smart developers to help us build web and mobile apps. We are flexible when it comes to your skill-set and are more interested in your ability to learn new tools than the ones you already know. But at the end of the day, you have to be supremely talented &hardworking to stick around for our exits & success stories.

Who you are:
- Have a passion for solving problems and thinking outside of the box.
- When you hit a wall, you build a ladder.
- Appreciate and implement TDD and DRY.
- Able to learn and love new technologies as they are created and demonstrate a passion for this.

What you will be doing:
-You will be working on a team of three to four engineers on our Curious ideas (we have lots of them).
- You will collaborate to design, prototype, implement and deploy one or more iphone/android apps and/or Ruby on Rails/Node.js websites, work and develop in house VoiP and Video Libraries
- Maintain existing web properties built using Ruby on Rails.
- Develop side-by-side with a handful of extremely talented engineers from all over the world.
- We promote the ability for developers to have a say in what they work on. If you want to work on iPhone you can iPhone, if you want to do VoiP scaling you can do that too.
- Use latest technologies and libraries, whatever gets the job done (NoSQL, Cucumber, EventMachine).
